All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.
3. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are based on your country and chosen shipping method.
Our standard delivery window is between 2 to 15 business days after dispatch.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, international shipping conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
We strive to keep shipping simple and transparent:
- Flat Shipping Rate: $15 USD on all orders under $500 USD
- Free Worldwide Shipping: on all orders over $500 USD
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier link.
You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website or through the tracking link in your confirmation email.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes depending on your country’s laws.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@vlonehod.com with your order number.
We will work directly with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For damaged or missing items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
8. Working Days
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
